That they don't visit often enough.
I love my friends near and far. To be fair, I don't visit them much either. Having jobs and families and various other responsibilities (and long distances from some) keeps us from spending time together. I understand all that but I would still love to hang out more often. Se la vie.

She's not just talking about you Carolanne, trust me. She misses her other friends too. Like Ann, who is too far away, and then got a promotion that keeps her from visiting when she had planned. Or some of her local friends, who don't come around as often because they're scared of me (I threatened to boil one's Guinea pig on one occasion - haha). That sort of thing.
